Getting started

Start playing for the first time

Choose an account or Guest, select a mode, then begin at Level 1.

  1. On the opening screen, sign in with Email or Google, or choose Play as Guest.
  2. Choose Relaxed to play without an energy limit or Challenge to play against a countdown.
  3. The four-page How to Play guide appears after you select a mode.
  4. New players always begin at Level 1; the next level unlocks after the active level is completed.
Getting started

Choose Guest or an account

Guest is useful for trying the game; an account helps restore progress and inventory.

  1. Play as Guest grants 3 starter tokens once.
  2. Registering or signing in with Email/Google grants a one-time 10-token bonus.
  3. An account syncs progress, scores, tokens, energy, themes, and game choices.
  4. Guest data is not guaranteed to be recoverable after logout, app removal, or a device change.

Understand block movement

Every block moves only along the axis of its shape.

  1. Horizontal blocks can only be dragged left or right.
  2. Vertical blocks can only be dragged up or down.
  3. Blocks cannot rotate or move sideways off their axis.
  4. Slide a block beyond the board edge to remove it.

Collisions and mistake limit

Each level has 5 mistake chances that reset on the next level.

  1. A collision with another block triggers vibration and a flash to signal an invalid move.
  2. Each collision removes one chance from the Mistakes Left indicator.
  3. The allowance resets to 5 whenever a level starts or restarts.
  4. If the limit is exceeded, the active level restarts from the beginning.

Earn scores and stars

Level results consider time, mistakes, and hint usage.

  1. Complete the level as quickly and cleanly as possible.
  2. Avoid collisions and use fewer hints for the best result.
  3. Score, time, mistakes, and hints used are shown when a level ends.
Modes & progress

Why is the next-level arrow locked?

Players can move forward only as far as their highest unlocked level.

  1. Complete the active level to unlock the next one.
  2. Use the left arrow to return to a level you have already played.
  3. From an older level, the right arrow stays available up to your highest unlocked level.
  4. The right arrow locks again when you try to go beyond your current progress.
Modes & progress

Relaxed vs Challenge mode

Relaxed does not use energy; Challenge uses a countdown and energy.

  1. Relaxed: the timer counts up and there is no energy limit.
  2. Challenge: a countdown runs and one energy is used for each attempt.
  3. If the countdown expires, the Challenge level must be restarted.
  4. Energy has a maximum of 5 and recovers by one every 25 minutes.

Continue your last game

A signed-in account can return to its saved level and progress.

  1. When the app closes or enters the background, the game pauses automatically and all audio stops.
  2. Open the app again, then press play to resume the paused board.
  3. Choose Continue to return to saved progress or From Level 1 to restart the progression path.
Tokens & rewards

Use a Hint

A hint highlights one block that can be moved.

  1. Tap the Hint icon at the bottom of the game screen.
  2. A movable block is highlighted; the highlight ends after you drag the block manually.
  3. Every player receives a total of 10 free hints.
  4. After the free allowance is used, one hint costs 1 token.
Tokens & rewards

How to get tokens

Tokens come from starter bonuses, optional ads, coupons, or one-time packs.

  1. Guests receive 3 starter tokens; Email/Google accounts receive a one-time 10-token bonus.
  2. Watch a rewarded ad to completion to receive 3 tokens.
  3. Enter an active coupon when one is available.
  4. A 30-token pack can be purchased through Google Play; tokens are not a subscription and do not expire.

What are tokens used for?

Tokens unlock assistance and extra visual choices.

  1. 1 token for one hint after the 10 free hints are used.
  2. 1 token to unlock the grid for Level 4 and above.
  3. 1 token to unlock the Neon or Ocean theme; 2 tokens to add 1 Challenge Energy.
  4. A Custom background from your device album unlocks permanently for 15 tokens and does not require an ad.
Account & data

Sign in with Google or Email

Use an account so progress can be synced and restored.

  1. Choose Sign in with Google and complete account selection without closing the login window.
  2. For Email, register first and open the verification email; check Spam or Junk as well.
  3. Make sure the internet is active and device date/time are set automatically.
  4. If the process is canceled, repeat it from the login page and finish until you return to the app.
Account & data

Logout and account deletion

Logout clears account data from the device; deletion requests removal of stored account data.

  1. Logout clears local account data so the next user cannot reuse the same session.
  2. Account progress remains stored and can be restored after signing in again.
  3. To delete an account, open Terms of Use and choose Request account deletion.
  4. The request is reviewed before the account and related data are removed.
Troubleshooting

Music or sound effects are not playing

Check the app settings and your device media volume.

  1. Open Pause and make sure the Music toggle is enabled.
  2. Raise the device media volume and make sure silent mode is not limiting game audio.
  3. Resume from the Pause screen; gameplay music is active only while the board is being played.
  4. When the app enters the background, audio stops and does not return until the game resumes.
Troubleshooting

A block is difficult to drag or stops midway

Start from the center of the block and move along its axis.

  1. Touch the center of the block, then move your finger parallel to its allowed direction.
  2. Avoid starting the gesture inside the system navigation area at the screen edge.
  3. Make sure the screen is clean and no overlay app is intercepting gestures.
  4. If it continues, send the device model, level, and a screen recording through Help & Feedback.
Troubleshooting

Purchased tokens have not arrived

Do not purchase again until the transaction status has been checked.

  1. Confirm that Google Play shows the transaction as completed, not Pending or Canceled.
  2. Close Store & Rewards, then reopen it with an active internet connection.
  3. Do not buy the same pack repeatedly while processing is still pending.
  4. Send the receipt and account email through Help & Feedback if the balance does not change.
Troubleshooting

Send feedback or report a bug

Feedback can be sent from the app, including in Guest mode.

  1. Open Settings and select Help & Feedback.
  2. Explain what you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  3. Attach an image or file from the device when it can help the investigation.
  4. Include the level, mode, and phone model for gameplay-related issues.
